At Sakura Ink Co, we take pride in providing high-quality products made with care. Due to the made-to-order nature of our items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly send a replacement item at no additional cost.
